    Our compensation structure takes different forms to reflect individual performance levels. It includes Base Pay, Fixed Bonuses, Allowances, or Other Payments relevant to the local market. Performance Bonus and Sales Incentives may also be included in your total cash compensation, and are used to ensure you are paid competitively within the market.

Safety/Health/Environment Manager
Job description :
  • Monitor existing and potential environmental concerns and recommend priorities for resolution.
  • Identify common safety/health hazards inherent in the organisation's operations and establish guidelines for protection from those hazards.
  • Identify applicable externally-imposed Safety/Health/Environment (SHE) standards and establish procedures for their implementation.
  • Audit SHE programs for compliance with the Company's standards, government regulations and adequacy relative to local conditions.
  • Maintain relationship with regulatory and government agencies.
  • Gain an overview of the laws and regulations on SHE matters to ensure that the Company complies with, in addition to the EJ Coatings SHE standard.
Requirements :

Sr.Sales Executive
Job description :
  • Promote and sell EJ Coatings' services and complete the whole process of bidding, negotiation, order handling and collection.
  • To meet the sales target and other goals set by the Company.
  • Respond to enquiries and ensure that EJ Coatings is selected for the projects and create sales for the Company..
  • Co-ordinate with Laboratory, Technical Service and other departments to ensure timely delivery, thus providing good customer service. .
  • Monitor collection to ensure customer payment is received within agreed terms to achieve budgeted days outstanding.
Requirements :
  • Bachelor Degree from a recognised university
  • Minimum 5 years of Sales and Marketing experience in the corrosion and coating industry strongly preferred
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage tight deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal/ written communications skills
  • Must be aggressive, self-motivated and a self-starter
  • Must have good organizational/presentation skills

Admin Assistant
Job description :
  • Filing of correspondence in/out
  • Setting up and maintaining a filing system.
  • Preparing document transmittal forms based on a list of drawings/documents.
  • Typing – Word skills for general preparation of letters/forms
  • User notifications for statutory/routine/unplanned inspections/testing/repairs, etc.

Scaffolding Engineer
Responsibilities
  • Well versed in piping isometric drawings, piping layout drawing and equipment layout drawings.
  • Understand structural assembly drawing.
  • Understand rigging schemes and crane load charts.
  • Ability to plan and organise manpower requirements for site erection activities.
Requirements :
  • Diploma in Civil and/or Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 4-5 years experience in the field of scaffolding erection
Scheduler
Responsibilities
  • Construction planning, scheduling and tracking of projects, as well as co-ordinating with clients / consultants
  • Planning and preparing work schedules.
  • Monitor and update all plans to ensure meeting completion dates within strict SHE, manpower, material and investment budgets.
  • Ability to read and understand drawings, calculate the quantities of constituent materials from the drawings and estimate costs.
  • Planning and organizing site jobs such as location for excavation and output targets.
  • Prepare Weekly / Monthly production plan and allocate shift wise targets.
  • Level measurement at each site to quantify work and maintain work progress reports.
Requirements :
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant field experience in an Oil Refinery or Petrochemical Industry with a comprehensive knowledge and experience in maintenance techniques and methods on equipments including piping and tanks.
  • Experience in project planning techniques applicable to maintenance.
  • Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
  • Good communication skills (written & verbal) in English. Able to write detailed technical reports

Deputy Project Superintendent (Corrosion Remediation Project)
Responsibilities
  • Manages site activities, manpower, equipment, subcontractors and material to be efficient and cost effective.
  • Communicates with owner, design team and project manager to effectively convey necessary information to and from the field.
  • Maintaining the project construction schedule.
  • Monitors site specific safety program in accordance with OSHA regulations and company safety policy.
  • Maintains daily documentation logs of site activities, communications, production and deliveries.
  • Examines all site progress regularly for quality control and to verify conformance with specifications.
  • Estimates material and manpower requirements to complete tasks.
Requirements :
Technical / Profession Training requirement
• welding inspector certification (not mandatory if he has some welding knowledge)
• formal mechanical engineering training
• formal corrosion training and/or certification
• construction experience

Work Experience
• at least 3 years hands-on experience in related field

Responsibilities
  • provide general administrative support by handling a wide variety of administrative functions such as filing, preparing reports and correspondences, as well as liaise with internal and external customers.

Requirements :

Responsibilities
